dc.description.abstractA Kereskedelmi törvény (Kt.) fontos szerepet töltött be a bizományi szerződés hazai szabályozásában. A tanulmány áttekinti azokat a hasonlóságokat, amelyek egyfelől a Kt., másfelől az 1959. évi Ptk. között, illetve a Kt. és a hatályos 2013. évi Ptk. között megfigyelhetők. A sok azonos norma a szerző álláspontja szerint mutatja azt, hogy a Kt. bizományra vonatkozó szabályai időtállónak bizonyultak. A szerző felhívja a figyelmet a Kt. néhány olyan szabályára, amelyek alkalmazását ma is indokoltnak látná.hu
dc.description.abstract The Hungarian Commercial Code of 1875 (Kt.) played a decisive role in the domestic regulation of commission contracts. The study reviews the similarities between the Kt. on the one hand and the Civil Code of 1959 on the other, as well as between the Kt. and the current Civil Code of 2013. The author concludes that the numerous identical norms show that the provisions of the Kt. relating to commission contracts have stood the test of time. The author also draws attention to some of the rules of the Kt. whose application would still be justified today.en
