| dc.description.abstract | A tanulmány a különleges jogrend természetével, történeti hátterével, kialakulásával, elméleti kérdéseivel (az alapjogokkal való kapcsolatával, kontrollmechanizmusaival), valamint a jognak az irodalomban (mint irányzat) való megjelenésével foglalkozik. A megközelítés alapjául szolgáló (film)irodalmat a George Lucas által konstruált fiktív világ, a Csillagok háborúja képezi. A dolgozat e világ keretén belül alkalmazott különleges jogrendre vonatkozóan tár fel – analóg módon – történeti és hatályos elméleteket. | hu |
| dc.description.abstract | The article focuses on the legal nature, historical background, developement, theoretical aspects (fundamental rights, control mechanism), and their appearance in law in literature. The foundation of this thesis is the fictional universe created by George Lucas, known as Star Wars. Within this narrative framework, the study examines the special legal order presented in the saga through an analogical approach, with reference to both historical and contemporary legal theories. | en |
