Abstract
A különböző jogtudományi megközelítések eltérő követelményeket eredményeznek a szakfolyóiratokban való publikálás tekintetében.
The consequences of different approaches to jurisprudence differ in terms of the requirements for publication in professional journals. Dogmatic and social science analyses differ sharply in their argumentation, structural constraints, and citation systems. Can there be unity in this, and if not, which approach should we favour? The article concludes that the social science interpretation of law should definitely be considered part of legal science. With certain elements, such as the formulation of a definite hypothesis from a statement and the attempt to prove it, it may also be advisable to supplement the expectations of works with an explicitly dogmatic approach, as they can strengthen the understanding of the explanation and its dissemination to a wider professional audience without any loss.
