Tehetséggondozás a Pécsi Református Kollégiumban régen és most évkönyvek üzenetei nyomán
Abstract
The main mission of our educational institutions is to develop the abilities of the students, which can be achieved in all types of institutions with the help of perso-nalized attention in accordance with its spirituality. Reformed colleges play a spe-cial role in this service, which, regardless of the social status of the families, have been able to provide a second home for those who want to study and thrive in humanity. In this paper, we review the unfolding of the exemplary mission of the Reformed College of Pécs from the point of view of how talent management is realized in this particularly complex institutional system. As a source, we analyze the yearbooks of the institution by analyzing the content of the entries and wri-tings related to the topic.
