dc.description.abstract2023-ban a szakmajegyzék kiegészült az óvodai nevelő szakmával. A tech nikusképzés terén lehetőség van a középfokú és a felsőfokú tanulmányokat biztosító intézmények összekapcsolódására, ami az óvodai nevelő képzést is érinti. A felsőoktatás jogszabályi környezete rugalmasan biztosítja a középfokú tanulmányok validációját, azonban jelen szakma esetében a Púétv. vhr. lehetővé teszi, hogy mind a középfokú óvodai nevelő, mind a felsőfokú óvodapedagógus szakképzettséggel be lehessen tölteni óvo dákban pedagógus-munkakört. A tanulmány a nemzetközi és regionális képzésosztályozási rendszerek és a magyar jogszabályi környezet alapján vizsgálja meg a két képzés találkozásának validációs kérdéseit, kiemelve azokat a sarokpontokat, amiket a felsőoktatási intézményeknek célszerű beépíteni validációs rendszereikbe.hu
dc.description.abstractIn 2023, the national register of vocational qualifications was supplemented with the profession of kindergarten educator. In the field of technological programmes, there is an opportunity for cooperation between institutions providing vocational and higher education, also referring to the kindergarten educator training. The legal framework of higher education allows the flexible validation of vocational studies; however, in this specific profession, the Regulation of the Act on the Career Path of Teachers permits both the vocational kindergarten educator qualification and the higher education kindergarten educator qualification to fill a teacher position in kindergartens. This study examines the validation issues arising from the intersection of these programmes, based on international and regional qualification classification systems and the Hungarian legal framework, highlighting the key points that higher education institutions should in corporate into their validation systems.en
