Abstract
A hazai jogtudományi folyóiratok közötti széleskörű szakmai párbeszéd megszervezése példa nélküli az utóbbi évtizedekben. A 21. század különleges kihívások elé állítja a tudományos közösséget és a tudományos folyóiratokat, amelyek megvitatására érdemi lehetőséget biztosított a jogi folyóiratok főszerkesztőinek és tulajdonosainak I. találkozója. A konferencián folytatott tudományos párbeszéd, előadások és az azt követő hosszas diskurzusok számos fontos téma áttekintésére biztosítottak lehetőséget. A magyar jogi nyelv helyzete, a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia szerepfelfogása, a folyóiratszerkesztők felelőssége, a tudománymetria mellett a lapszerkesztés olyan gyakorlati kérdései is megvitatásra kerültek, mint a lapszerkesztési irányelvek, lektorálási kérdések, cikkek hozzáférhetősége, etikai kérdések, indexelés, a lapok finanszírozása. A konferencia utolsó harmadában felmerültek olyan fontos témák is, mint a kutatók elvárásai a tudományos lapokkal szemben és a mesterséges intelligencia hatása a tudományos folyóiratokra.
Conducting a broad professional dialogue between domestic legal journals has been unprecedented in recent decades. The 21st century presents journals with special challenges, which were examined by the first meeting of editors-in-chief and owners of legal journals. The scientific dialogue, presentations, and subsequent lengthy discourses at the conference provided an opportunity to review a number of important topics. In addition to the status of the Hungarian legal language, the role of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the responsibility of journal editors, and scientometrics, practical issues of journal editing were also raised, such as journal editing guidelines, peer-review issues, open access articles, ethical questions, indexing, the financing of journals, and in the last third of the conference, the expectations of researchers towards scientific journals and the impact of artificial intelligence.
