dc.description.abstractA tanulmány az ókori római oktatási rendszer finanszírozási modelljének átalakulását vizsgálja, különös tekintettel a tanárok díjazásának kérdésé re. A kutatás bemutatja a magánfinanszírozástól az állami beavatkozásig vezető út irányvonalait, feltárja továbbá a különböző oktatási szinteken (elemi, grammatikai, retorikai) tanító személyek bevételeinek forrásait. Az elemzés rávilágít a tanári fizetések, valamint azok ütemezése közötti jelentős különbségekre, valamint az állami szerepvállalás erősödésének tendenciájára. A tanulmány jogi és irodalmi források felhasználásával tárja fel az oktatásfinanszírozás változásainak hátterét, rámutatva a téma örökérvényűségére, a levonható tanulságokra.hu
dc.description.abstractThis paper examines the transformation of the financing model in the ancient Roman education system, with a particular focus on teacher compensation. The research presents the trends leading from private financing to state intervention, and explores the sources of income for teachers at different educational levels (elementary, grammar, rhetoric). The analysis highlights significant differences between teacher salaries and their scheduling, as well as the tendency towards increased state involvement. Using legal and literary sources, the study reveals the background of changes in education financing, pointing to the timeless nature of the topic and the lessons that can be drawn.en
