dc.description.abstractAz európai közéletben időről időre napirendre kerül a semleges államok viszonya az európai integrációhoz, korábbi évtizedekben a csatlakozási eljárás viszonylatában, míg ma a semlegességi jog uniós tagságból fakadó kötelezettségekhez való viszonya kapcsán. Oroszország agressziója Ukrajna ellen ismét napirendre vette a kérdést számos különböző vonatkozásban, így például a semleges államok Európai Békekeretben való részvételét érintően, valamint aktuálisabbá vált az Európai Unió szorosabb védelmi együttműködés irányába való mélyülése. A tanulmány áttekinti azokat a markáns pontokat, ahol a semleges tagállamok semlegességi jogból fakadó kötelezettségei az európai uniós kötelezettségekkel látszólagosan ellentétben állnak, rámutatva ezzel a semlegességi jog és az uniós jog egyes fontosabb közös dilemmáira.hu
dc.description.abstractThe relationship between neutral states and European integration is often a subject of discussion. In previous decades, this debate primarily focused on the accession of neutral states to the European Union and the compatibility of neutrality obligations with EU membership. Today, however, the emphasis has shifted to the relationship between obligations stemming from neutral status and commitments arising from EU membership. Russia’s aggression against Ukraine has once again brought this issue to the forefront in various contexts, such as the participation of neutral states in the European Peace Facility, and has also heightened the relevance of the European Union’s deepening involvement in the field of defence cooperation. This study examines key points where the obligations deriving from neutrality law appear to be in tension with commitments under EU law.en
