Intézményünk szellemiségét a református kollégiumi hagyományokkal való szoros kapcsolódás is meghatározza. Értékként tekintünk mindezekre, így napjaink tehetségsegítő tevékenységei során is építünk tanulságaira. Karunk a praeceptori hagyományokhoz kapcsolódóan tanulmányi versenyt alapított, ezzel a tanulva tanítás szemléletét viszi tovább és állítja mintaként a pedagógia iránt érdeklődő középiskolások számára. Jelen tanulmány ennek a tehetségfejlesztő megmérettetésnek szellemiségét mutatja be és elemzi fogalmi és neveléstörténeti pillérek mentén, a verseny keretéhez, szakmai tartalmához kapcsolódóan.
The spirit of our institution is also defined by its close connection to Reformed college traditions. We value all of these, and we build on their lessons in our talent development activities today. Our faculty has established a study competition linked to the praeceptor traditions, thereby continuing the approach of learning through teaching and setting an example for high school students interested in pedagogy. This study presents and analyzes the spirit of this talent development competition along conceptual and educational history pillars, in relation to the framework and professional content of the competition.
