This paper deals with the current case law of the Czech Supreme Court on the recognition and enforcement of judgments under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters. It first describes the course of the proceedings and the basic conclusions of the Supreme Court and then analyses these opinions. The paper considers the sustainability of the legal opinions in relation to more recent case law of the CJEU, in particular in Case C-568/20 (J v H-Limited).en
