dc.description.abstractAz uniós joggal foglalkozó tanulmányok központi kérdése általában a jog történeti és elméleti területek vizsgálata. Az uniós vámjog szempontjából az elméleti megközelítések azért nem kapnak kiemelt szerepet, mert azok nem relevánsak egy olyan jogterületen, amely gyakorlatorientált. Jelen tanulmány sem az Európai Unió Bíróságának joggyakorlatát mutatja be, az ugyanis túlfeszítené a tanulmány kereteit. Ellenben a tanulmány jogtörténeti és gazdasági szempontból bemutatja a vámunió történő kialakulását és egyúttal rávilágít arra, hogy milyen jelentősége van az uniós vámjognak. Az elemzés során nem hagyható figyelmen kívül a vámjog történeti fejlődése, a vámjog elhelyezése a jogágak között, végezetül a vám fogalmának meghatározása sem. A vámjog fejlődéséhez elengedhetetlen bemutatni az arra közvetlenül ható nemzetközi környezetet is. A tanulmány végezetül arra is keresi a választ, hogy a 21. század kihívásaira tekintettel kell-e és ha igen, milyen szempontból kell a vámuniót fejleszteni.hu
dc.description.abstractStudies on EU law generally focus on legal history and theory. From the point of view of EU customs law, theoretical approaches are not given priority, as they are not relevant in a field that is practice-oriented. This study does not present the case law of the Court of Justice of the Europe an Union, as that would overextend the scope of the study. Instead, the study will describe the development of the customs union from a legal and economic point of view, while also highlighting the importance of EU customs law. The historical development of customs law, its positioning among the branches of law, and the definition of customs are all essential aspects that cannot be overlooked during the analysis. Additionally, the development of customs law also requires an introduction to the international environment directly affecting it. Finally, the study seeks to answer whether and in what aspects the customs union needs to be developed in light of the challenges of the 21st century.en
